在CCA患者(N = 138)和非CCA对照组(N = 246)的血清中，研究人员检测了5个CCA相关糖标志物-碳水化合物抗原19-9 (CA19-9)、碳水化合物抗原- s27 (CA-S27)、CCA相关碳水化合物抗原(CCA- ca)、WFA阳性MUC1 (WFA+-MUC1)和WFA阳性M2BP (WFA+-M2BP)。

受者工作特征分析提示各糖标志物在区分CCA和非CCA时的意义，曲线下面积为0.580-0.777。高水平的CA19-9、ca - ca、CA-S27或WFA+-MUC1与CCA患者预后差、生存差相关。与具有81%的敏感性、特异性和准确性的单独标记相比，结合这些糖生物标记并作为糖生物标记(GB)评分可提高这些检测的诊断能力。

根据GB-score，这些糖标志物不仅提高了诊断能力，而且可以区分患者的生存期，提示了GB-score的诊断和预后价值。
