光学相干断层扫描(OCT)越来越多地被用作圆锥角膜的诊断和治疗工具。虽然基于深度的地形仍然是必不可少的,但是横断面OCT成像在疾病诊断中的作用正在扩大。角膜厚度的图像,特别是上皮厚度测量,在诊断早期病例中是十分重要的。同时也在基质内角膜环段、角膜移植物和角膜胶原交联的过程中可能具有重要作用。
