Nanoscale：新型注射水凝胶可有效用于肿瘤的精准治疗

结果显示，载有多柔比星的GNC@PNA-hls（Dox-GNC@PNA-hls）在多次近红外（NIR）照射下显示出稳定的光热诱导，药物按需释放。体外评估表明，与阿霉素治疗后接受近红外线照射（Dox + L）或近红外线照射后接受多柔比星治疗（L + Dox）的序列治疗相比，联合热化疗（Dox - L）的抗肿瘤效果最佳。体内抗肿瘤效力还表明，NIR辐射处理Dox-GNC@PNA-hls 14天，肿瘤被完全抑制（约0.14cm3）。

综上所述，这些结果表明，Dox-GNC@PNA-hls可以实现高温和化疗之间的精确同步，并有效地增强其抗肿瘤功效。
