Int J Dent Hyg：使用壳聚糖刷治疗种植体周围粘膜炎的效果如何

结果显示，两组均显示基线和6个月之间mBoP显著降低。与用钛刮匙处理的植体相比，用壳聚糖刷处理的测试植入物在2周和4周时具有更好的mBoP改善。在4周时，试验组的PPD降低明显更好。所有植入物的骨水平均稳定，如基线和6个月之间的X光片所示。

综上所述，该研究结果显示，基线治疗后6个月和维持后3个月，两组均出现炎症减轻的迹象。壳聚糖刷似乎是用于牙齿植入物清创的安全且有效的装置。
