Ann Thorac Surg：上海肺科医院丁嘉安教授等报道胸膜外填充术后晚期并发胸壁脓肿一例

72岁男性，发热、胸痛2月。1959年诊断为右上肺结核，予以行右胸膜外填充术治疗后无复发。 检查发现右前胸壁一个4*5cm的囊肿，囊肿没有破裂。X光片显示他的右胸有多个填充球。有些球中有气液平。胸部CT发现右胸壁脓肿，多个填充球以及肋骨畸形，并有一球充满了液体。【原文下载】 经原切口进行开窗术，打开脓胸。从空腔中取出18颗有机玻璃球，14颗完整，4颗破裂充满脓液。部分肋骨和肋间肌一并切除。

经原切口进行开窗术，打开脓胸。从空腔中取出18颗有机玻璃球，14颗完整，4颗破裂充满脓液。部分肋骨和肋间肌一并切除。残腔予以清洁和灌洗。

微生物培养是kocuriakristine，手术过程很顺利，3周后出院。填充术后积脓是最常见的晚期并发症。本例脓肿进入前胸壁。
