INT J LAB HEMATOL:28名健康个体的凝血酶原时间,活化部分促凝血酶原激酶时间和纤维蛋白原的生物学变异估计

尽管全球止血凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分促凝血酶原激酶时间(aPTT)的测试不应用于预测出血风险,但这些测试通常被许多临床医生在日常实践中使用,特别是作为术前筛查测试。这些测试的安全临床应用需要稳健的生物变异(BV)数据。在这项研究中,研究人员遵循严格的方案来估计BVPTaPTT和纤维蛋白原水平。

10周研究期间,研究人员从28个健康个体(18个女性,10个男性)获得每周血液样品。所有测量均使用Stago STA-R凝固分析仪进行。在变异系数(CV- 方差分析(ANOVA)之前,评估数据的正态性,趋势,异常值和方差同质性。对于PTaPTT和纤维蛋白原测试,确定个体内的性别分层(CV I)和个体间(CV GBV估计。

研究结果显示,BV的男性和女性估计值之间没有差异。发现观察到的CV ICV G估计值低于先前公布的值。仅纤维蛋白原CVI高于CVG
