国家卫生计生委办公厅关于成立国家卫生计生委艾滋病医疗专家组的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市卫生计生委，新疆生产建设兵团卫生局：

为进一步加强我国艾滋病诊疗工作，充分发挥相关专家在医疗救治工作中的技术支撑作用，经研究，我委决定在前期艾滋病临床专家工作组的基础上，调整成立国家卫生计生委艾滋病医疗专家组（成员名单见附件）。

专家组的主要职责是：受国家卫生计生委委托，对全国艾滋病诊疗工作提供政策建议和技术支持，并进行督导、考核、评估；研究制订相关诊疗指南和技术规范等；组织开展学术交流、会议研讨等；承担国家卫生计生委委托的其他工作。

我委将根据工作需要，适时对专家组成员进行调整。

艾滋病孕妇更佳疗法临床试验将在美国、印度、乌干达等国启动

美国国家卫生研究院1月24日宣布，一项旨在为感染艾滋病病毒的孕妇寻找最佳疗法的临床试验将在多国启动。这家机构当天发表声明说，试验将比较三种抗逆转录病毒药物治疗方案的安全性和有效性。方案一是世界卫生组织推荐的疗法“替诺福韦＋拉米夫定（或恩曲他滨）＋依非韦伦”；方案二用度鲁特韦替换依非韦伦；方案三在方案二的基础上，进一步用替诺福韦艾拉酚胺替换替诺福韦。这些替换药物被认为具有更好的耐受性。这家机构下属
