体外细胞培养实验中,我们调查了nHAP含量和位置对人骨髓间充质干细胞(hMSCs)增殖和成骨分化的影响。原始和复合NMS之间hMSCs的增殖没有显著差异。然而,发现hMSCs的成骨分化程度与nHAP在NMS中的含量呈正相关,而其在纳米纤维中的位置则没有那么重要。体内实验是通过在裸鼠中通过原位混合和皮下植入制备的CS/SF/30%nHAP NMS中接种的hMSC进行的。植入后1和2个月的微计算机断层扫描图像以及取回的hMSCs/NMS构建体的组织学免疫组织化学分析表明,NMS具有骨再生的潜力,可以作为骨组织工程的有希望的支架。
