背景:已有研究表明,摄入含黄酮类的食物对短期血压有益。那么长时间黄酮类和黄酮亚类的总摄入量对血压的影响又如何?就此问题研究者进行了一项研究。

方法:
前瞻性队列研究纳入了40,574名没有疾病的法国女性,参与者完成一份经过验证的饮食相关问卷调查,在1993-2008年间,研究者观察到9350例高血压。通过自我报道的高血压诊断和治疗获取相关信息。使用校正年龄、高血压家族史、BMI、运动、吸烟、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、激素、酒精、咖啡因、镁、钾、ω-3(n-3)和加工肉类摄入量的多变量Cox回归模型评估风险。

结果:黄酮醇摄入量最高和最低的五分之一女性相比,高血压风险下降10%(HR: 0.90; 95% CI: 0.84, 0.97; P-trend = 0.031)。摄入花青素和原花青素聚合物最高和最低的五分之一女性相比,同样可以降低9%的高血压风险[HRs: 0.91 (95% CI: 0.84, 0.97; P-trend = 0.0075)、0.91 (95% CI: 0.85, 0.97; P-trend = 0.0051)]。总黄酮类物质的摄入量与高血压风险间也呈负相关。

结论:摄入更多的黄酮醇、花青素和聚合类黄酮,以及摄入更多的总黄酮类物质,均可以降低高血压风险。
