这篇临床研究是为了评估单个固位体设计配合氧化锆陶瓷修复缺失切牙而制作的全瓷悬臂式树脂粘接固定桥(RBFDPs)的长期疗效和存留率。另外，研究也分析了切牙缺失的原因是否会影响RBFDPs的长期存留。

研究选择了87名患者的108例氧化锆陶瓷悬臂式RBFDPs作为研究对象。其中，75例RBFDPs取代上颌切牙，33例取代下颌切牙。随后，按照牙齿缺失的原因（先天性缺失、外伤和其他原因）将修复结果分为3组。并且，患者每年进行复查，修复效果按照功能和美学标准进行评估。对RBFDPs的平均观察时间为92.2±33个月。

结果显示，所有受检修复体中有6例分离，1例缺失。1例修复体的缺失是因为在桥体近中边缘处出现小的碎裂，患者要求摘除。6例分离的修复体中有3例是由于外部损伤造成。所有分离的RBFDPs成功再粘接处理后未出现其他并发症。氧化锆陶瓷RBFDPs 10年的存留率可以达到98.2%，而成功率则可达到92.0%。

结论：较早修复的氧化锆陶瓷悬臂式RBFDPs可以提供极好的长期临床疗效。而切牙缺失的原因并不影响悬臂式RBFDPs的长期疗效。
