J Endod：一项对比评价浓缩生长因子和富含血小板的纤维蛋白对人根尖牙乳头干细胞增殖、迁移和分化的影响

浓缩生长因子(CGF)被认为是一种天然的生物材料，应用于骨再生的效果要优于富含血小板的纤维蛋白(PRF)，但是很少有关于它们对于牙髓再生的报道。因此，这篇研究的目的是为了评估它们对人根尖牙乳头干细胞(SCAPs)增殖、迁移和分化的影响。

浓缩生长因子(CGF)被认为是一种天然的生物材料，应用于骨再生的效果要优于富含血小板的纤维蛋白(PRF)，但是很少有关于它们对于牙髓再生的报道。因此，这篇研究的目的是为了评估它们对人根尖牙乳头干细胞(SCAPs)增殖、迁移和分化的影响。研究通过冷冻干燥的方法制备CGF和PRF的条件培养基。分离并鉴定SCAPs。使用CCK-8法检测SCAPs的增殖潜力。使用transwell测定检测细胞的迁移能力，并通过茜素红S染色检测矿化能力。通过定量聚合酶链式反应检测碱性磷酸酶、骨涎蛋白、牙本质基质蛋白1和牙本质涎磷蛋白的表达水平。结果显示，所培养的细胞展现出间充质干细胞的特性。CGF和PRF组的细胞生长率及迁移细胞数量要明显高于对照组。在培养7和14天后，CGF和PRF组的矿化区域要明显大于对照组。培养7天时，成骨/成牙本质相关基因的表达水平下调，然而在14天时明显增加，并且PRF组相关基因的表达水平要显著高于CGF组。结论：CGF和PRF均可促进SCAP的增殖、迁移和分化。CGF可能是应用于牙髓再生中的一个较有希望的替代物。原始出处：Hong S， Chen W， et al.
