Fertil Steril：精液正常却不育，需要分析多类型的射精障碍

    生育是男性与女性共同作用的结果。通常是致力于女性的不孕因素以及男性精液分析的指标，而对于射精的关注却少之甚少。事实上即使男性的精液分析指标正常，如果不能通过射精使精子交付至女性，同样会造成不育。正常生育要求有适当的精液，这需要正常的勃起功能和射精功能。目前有许多已知和已发表的关于勃起功能障碍的原因和管理的文献资料，但并没有关于精液交付的研究。因此，接下来的系列

生育是男性与女性共同作用的结果。通常是致力于女性的不孕因素以及男性精液分析的指标，而对于射精的关注却少之甚少。事实上即使男性的精液分析指标正常，如果不能通过射精使精子交付至女性，同样会造成不育。正常生育要求有适当的精液，这需要正常的勃起功能和射精功能。目前有许多已知和已发表的关于勃起功能障碍的原因和管理的文献资料，但并没有关于精液交付的研究。因此，接下来的系列文章主要解决射精功能障碍，并强调射精对生育能力的影响。射精功能障碍的过程有许多类型，功能障碍对男性的生育能力有负面影响，但一般不讨论。所以用来描述这些情况的术语往往是不明确的。
    

早泄指过早发生的射精，并引起痛苦。
    
精子缺乏（Aspermia）通常指男人有高潮，但无精液从尿道排出。精子缺乏可能是由于尿道后没有精液沉积，它常又被称为“排出失败” ；也可能是由于逆行射精所致。这些情况都会导致所谓的“干射精”。
    
逆行射精指的是精液走错了方向：不是从尿道口排出，而是向后进入了膀胱。
    
性冷淡是指无力达到高潮的感觉。它不是指精液的运动。然而，没有性高潮，精液就不会被运送。
    
不射精症是指顺行或逆行射精缺乏，可能是由于发射失败或性冷淡。
    
后续的文章将给予读者更全面的关于射精功能和射精功能障碍的解读。因为对包括射精功能的男性性功能的全面了解，有助于不孕不育夫妇生育史的评价，这一点至关重要。
