国家癌症中心发布2017最新中国肿瘤现状和趋势！需要我们警惕的是，肺癌在中国男性患者中，致死率排名第一；而在女性患者中，乳腺癌高居榜首。

中华医学会第十四次全国放射肿瘤学学术年会于2017年11月9日至12日在北京国际会议中心举行，会上中国医学科学院肿瘤医院院长、国家癌症中心主任、中国科学院郝捷院士就《中国肿瘤的现状和趋势》在会上作主题发言。现特转发主要内容，已飨读者。

一、中国肿瘤流行现状



◆不论城市还是农村，肿瘤都是中国居民的主要死亡原因。



◆中国肺癌男性发病率中居首位，女性发病率中居第二位。



◆中国肺癌男性及女性死亡率均居首位。



◆中国目前肿瘤发病居前五位的肿瘤依次为：肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、结直肠癌



◆随着年龄的增长，中国男女发病率及死亡率均逐渐上升。



◆由于中国癌谱与美国不同，以及就诊普遍偏晚，导致中国癌症死亡率高于全球平均水平。

二、中国肿瘤流行现状趋势



◆上世纪七十年代、九十年代及本世纪初先后三次中国居民死亡原因调查，不论男性还是女性，恶性肿瘤死亡率均逐渐升高。



◆肺癌发病率逐渐升高，消化道肿瘤发病率亦逐渐攀升。



◆肺癌及乳腺癌分别居我国男性及女性的肿瘤发病首位，消化道肿瘤总体发病率逐年攀升，近期控制人群死亡率是我国近期工作的目标。

三、肿瘤防控研究重点及趋势



◆肿瘤发病机制复杂、发高危因素难控制等原因导致我国肿瘤预防难；

有效筛查技术少、早期诊断技术水平低等因素导致肿瘤发现时普遍偏晚；

肿瘤治疗效果差、复发转移率高且肿瘤治疗副作用大、精准性差等原因导致肿瘤治疗难度大；

我国肿瘤自主规范少、基层医院诊疗水平参差不齐、诊疗均质化程度低。以上均是我国肿瘤防控研究的难点。



◆降低发病率、提高早诊率、提高生存率、促进均质化是我国肿瘤防控的突破点。



◆国家已有相关政策及财政支持肿瘤防控工作。



◆国家“十三五”计划中已有相关国家级项目在开展。



大数据构建医疗防线。相信随着研究的不断深入，中国的抗癌事业会为万千癌症患者带来福音。
