器官移植后，对血液中免疫抑制药物(ISDs)的终身监测至关重要。然而，因所用的分析方法ISD浓度会出现不同。ISDs与循环中的红细胞中的细胞质蛋白紧密结合。

器官移植后，对血液中免疫抑制药物(ISDs)的终身监测至关重要。然而，因所用的分析方法ISD浓度会出现不同。ISDs与循环中的红细胞中的细胞质蛋白紧密结合。因此，在使用液体处理机器人时，血细胞在全血样本中的相对快速沉淀可能会影响结果。

我们使用了1115份来自门诊和病房的肾(373份)、肝(101份)、心脏(29份)和骨髓(155份)移植患者的血液样本。全血标本经蛋白质沉淀预处理。另一种方法是，在沉淀之前对样品进行冷冻溶血。采用2-丛式液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)和商用化学发光微粒子免疫分析法(CMIA)对ISDs进行分析。

研究显示，两种样品制备方法之间的差异可以忽略不计(<2%)。总的来说，LC-MS/MS比CMIA在患者样本中检测到的ISD浓度更低。在肝脏和心脏移植患者的样本中，差异最大(20.2%)，最小(9.1%)。

研究结果表明，与LC-MS / MS相比，CMIA高估了血液ISD浓度。 发现差异的程度取决于器官移植。 ISD可以从完整或溶血的血液样本中进行定量。
