中央财政再次下达近56亿元补助资金支持医疗救助

近日，中央财政在提前下达2016年城乡医疗救助补助资金(含疾病应急救助)1042319万元的基础上，再次下达补助资金557681万元。截至目前，2016年中央财政预算安排的城乡医疗救助补助资金160亿元已全部下达完毕。据介绍，中央财政采用因素法分配城乡医疗救助补助资金，主要参考困难人数、财政困难程度、财政努力程度、工作成效等因素，并重点向贫困程度深、保障任务重、工作成效好的地区倾斜。同时，要求各地

据介绍，中央财政采用因素法分配城乡医疗救助补助资金，主要参考困难人数、财政困难程度、财政努力程度、工作成效等因素，并重点向贫困程度深、保障任务重、工作成效好的地区倾斜。同时，要求各地科学合理安排城乡医疗救助资金预算，做好资助城乡困难居民参加城镇居民基本医疗保险和新型农村合作医疗、对城乡困难居民符合规定的医疗费用给予资助以及全面开展重特大疾病医疗救助等工作。
