Biomater Sci:达托霉素和AgNP共同负载的rGO纳米复合材料可用于革兰氏阳性细菌感染的治疗

为了提高AgNPs的稳定性并降低达托霉素杀灭细菌的剂量,使用还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)同时锚定AgNPs和达托霉素来制备rGO@Ag@Dap纳米复合材料。体外实验表明,纳米复合材料可通过破坏细胞完整性,产生ROS,降低ATP和GSH并破坏细菌代谢,有效杀死四种病原菌,尤其是两种革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌)。针对革兰氏阳性细菌,rGO@Ag@Dap纳米复合材料表现出协同的抗菌作用。此外

总之,以上结果表明AgNP与达托霉素的协同功能可以显著提高针对细菌引起的传染病的抗菌效率,特别是对于由于病原细菌的耐药性而无效的疗法。
