在牙齿内漂白前通常会实施小管堵塞(IOBs)以封闭牙冠以及预防颈部的再吸收。这篇研究的目的是为了评估不同IOBs对经过牙髓治疗并通过不同漂白剂(BAs)漂白前牙的抗折断性能的影响。

研究对72颗拔出的牛上颌切牙施以根管治疗，移除冠内3 mm的牙胶，并按照IOB类型的不同将样本分为3组：富含钙的混合物， MTA和改良树脂型的玻璃离子。施以IOBs后，各组样本再按照BA的不同分为4个亚组：45%的过氧化脲(CP)， 35%的过氧化氢(HP)， 高硼酸钠(PB)和去离子水（对照）。漂白后，窝洞使用复合树脂充填。使用通用测试机在旋转头为5 mm/min的速度下测试FR。数据使用2-way方差分析和least significant difference post hoc检验进行统计学评估(P < .05)。

结果显示，BAs对于FR的影响效果显著(P < .05)；然而，IOB的作用和这些变量的交互作用并没有产生明显的影响(P > .05)。HP和PB组的FR明显不同于对照组(P < .05)，但CP组却与对照组没有显著性差异(P > .05)。

结论：作为IOB，MTA和富含钙的混合物其作用与树脂改良型的玻璃离子相似。CP不同于HP和PB，不能明显减少FR。
