在依鲁替尼治疗的CLL的亚组患者中观察到出血事件。研究人员分析了2项研究的依鲁替尼单药的数据，以更好地描述出血事件与抗凝和抗血小板使用的模式。在327名依鲁替尼治疗的患者中，伴随抗凝（11%）或抗血小板（34%）使用普遍，但大出血罕见（2%）。出血事件主要为1级，且导致停药不常见（1%）。在175名接受伴随抗凝血剂或抗血小板药物的患者中，5名发生大出血事件（3%）。观察到这些事件通常连同其他因素，如共存的医疗条件和/或合并用药。
