中国急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者在一般症状以及疼痛/不适的定位和性质方面存在性别差异，并且在前驱症状的发生率和定位方面显著性别差异。 此项研究共纳入101例首次被诊断为ACS的中国患者，其中男、女性分别为34和67例。评估ACS患者急性和前驱症状的性别差异。 结果显示，平均急性评分为15.28±7.033，并且无性别差异。所有患者在发生ACS时均有疼痛和不适感，常见部位集中于上胸部、背部或肩胛

中国急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者在一般症状以及疼痛/不适的定位和性质方面存在性别差异，并且在前驱症状的发生率和定位方面显著性别差异。

此项研究共纳入101例首次被诊断为ACS的中国患者，其中男、女性分别为34和67例。评估ACS患者急性和前驱症状的性别差异。

结果显示，平均急性评分为15.28±7.033，并且无性别差异。所有患者在发生ACS时均有疼痛和不适感，常见部位集中于上胸部、背部或肩胛骨间/下方、左胸部、颈部/咽喉部、肩上方、整体胸部和上肢。与女性相比，男性更多描述整体胸痛或不适，但较少描述颈/咽喉部疼痛或不适(P均<0.05)。男性患者更常见有压榨感、锐痛、胀满感和紧缩感。更多女性有烧灼感、压迫、疼痛和刺痛。ACS患者最常见的全身症状为乏力、冷汗、呼吸短促/困难、四肢软弱/沉重、头晕、异常的疲劳和恶心。女性比男性更常见有疲劳感(P<0.01)。

平均前驱评分为18.96±15.184，男、女性之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。与男性相比，更多女性在ACS之前经历上胸部、颈/咽喉部疼痛或不适(P<0.05)。85.2%的患者报告ACS前伴有全身症状，但无显著性别差异。
