有前景的新型癌症疫苗

《Nature》上的两个I期临床试验表明，个性化癌症疫苗可预防黑色素瘤。这一发现鼓舞了肿瘤抗原这个新兴领域--每一位癌症患者的抗原具有特异性--通过启动免疫系统杀死癌细胞。在 BioNTech's的研究中，13名患有复发性黑色素瘤的患者接种了mRNA疫苗。其中8例在接种疫苗后未检测到癌变且23个月后仍未复发。其余5在接种疫苗后出现了疾病的转移，2例在接种疫苗后出现了异常反应。另外，包括Neon T

另外，包括Neon Therapeutics 联合创始人在内的团队给6名患者接种了多肽疫苗。其中4例在接种后25个月未出现疾病复发。2例复发的患者随后接受默克公司的抗PD-1抗体pembrolizumab治疗和放射治疗。

其他肿瘤抗原癌症疫苗研发公司包括Advaxis， Aduro Biotech and Gritstone Oncology。
