J Endod:不同镍钛旋转通道预备锉的机械特质

这篇研究的目的是为了评估和比较单根镍钛旋转通道锉的循环疲劳、扭转和弯曲强度。


研究检测和比较ProGlider (#16/progressive taper; Dentsply Sirona, Ballaigues, Switzerland), One G (#14/.03; Micro-Mega, Besancon, France)和EdgeGlidePath (#16/progressive taper; Edge Endo, Albuquerque, NM)的性能。弯曲强度的测试是将锉针延主轴45°度弯曲并保证尖端3 mm安全。循环疲劳强度通过啄痕运动进行检测,使锉针在一个半径为3 mm 、90°度弯曲的可复写人造根管内旋转。使用自制设备检测锉针最终的抗扭转强度和韧性。当锉针末端紧紧固定于3 mm时,调整旋转负荷2 rpm的速率直至器械折断。结果采用1-way analysis of variance和Tukey post hoc comparison进行统计学分析。使用扫描电子显微镜对分离器械表面进行显微观察。


结果显示,与其它2种锉针相比,EdgeGlidePath表现出更佳的抗循环疲劳强度。One G的最大抗扭转强度比其它2种锉针更大。One G展现出最大的形变角度和最高的韧性,其次为EdgeGlidePath和ProGlider (P < .05)。One G弯曲强度也要强于另外2种锉针,而EdgeGlidePath表现出来的残角则比其它2种大(P < .05)。


结论:常规wire器械比M-Wire和热处理镍钛器械表现出更高的韧性和抗扭转强度。然而,热处理wire器械比常规wire和M-Wire表现出更高的循环强度。
