Sci Rep：3D打印CSH/MBG支架或可有效促进骨再生

在临床上，由感染、创伤、手术切除和遗传畸形引起的骨缺陷仍然是重大挑战。在骨组织工程领域，三维（3D）支架有望用于治疗骨缺损。本研究采用3D打印技术，成功制备了水合硫酸钙（CSH）/介孔生物活性玻璃（MBG）支架，支架具有规则均匀的方形大孔结构，孔隙度高，磷灰石矿化能力优良。在支架上培养人骨髓间充质干细胞（hBMSCs）以评估hBMSCs的附着、增殖和与成骨相关的基因表达。使用临界尺寸的大鼠颅骨缺损

在临床上，由感染、创伤、手术切除和遗传畸形引起的骨缺陷仍然是重大挑战。在骨组织工程领域，三维（3D）支架有望用于治疗骨缺损。

体外实验结果显示，CSH/MBG支架可刺激hBMSCs的粘附，增殖、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活性和成骨相关基因的表达。体内实验结果显示，与CSH支架相比，CSH/MBG支架可明显增强颅骨缺损处的新骨形成。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，3D打印的CSH/MBG支架或是促进骨再生的一种具有前景的支架材料。
