本研究探讨健康孕妇血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平的变化，并建立参考区间(RIs)。

本研究探讨健康孕妇血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平的变化，并建立参考区间(RIs)。

根据对RIS研究模型的要求和C28-A3文件中的参考人群筛选标准，对480名健康的中国妇女进行电化学发光免疫分析测定血清IL-6水平，其中第一、第二和第三个月各有120名孕妇，120名非孕妇为阴性对照。IL-6的RIs的建立采用非参数百分位数进行定义。

健康孕妇的血清IL-6水平的RIs <4.19 pg / ml，早孕期健康孕妇的血清IL-6水平的RIs <3.52 pg / ml，血清IL的RIs 在妊娠中期和中期的健康孕妇中的-6水平为<4.40 pg / ml。

研究表明，健康孕妇血清IL-6水平高于健康非孕妇，妊娠中期和晚期的IL-6水平高于妊娠前期。本文成功建立了孕妇血清IL-6水平的RIs，为临床医务人员和实验室工作人员提供参考。
