2014年12月9-13日美国圣安东尼奥乳腺癌会议在德克萨斯州圣安东尼奥展开，本届会议为37届，小编为大家整理了该盛会的第一手资料，下面就跟随小编一起看看这一盛会的主要关注点吧。 1.       MDV3100-11试验：本届SABCS公布了该实验的第一阶段结果，恩杂鲁胺（enzalutamide）160mg/日使26名三阴性（TNBC）但雄激素受体阳性（AR+≥10%）乳腺癌患者有16周临床获益，获益标准根据实体肿瘤反应评价标准（RECIST1.1）评价其完全缓解（CR）、部分缓解(PR)、疾病稳定(SD)，而另外有16名患者因AR+＜10%或无法评价而未评价疗效。10%患者有疲劳，呕吐、食欲减退、腹泻、潮热等副作用。 2.       TBCRC023试验：该多中心，随机二期试验评价了95名雌激素受体阳性占65%、HER2过表达的乳腺癌患者，所有患者为未经化疗，但有内分泌治疗的中位年龄51岁（55%为绝经后）平均肿瘤大小5cm患者，按照治疗方案将其分为两组：拉帕
