法国画家雷诺阿---类风湿关节炎患者

从私人信件、照片和传记中我们获知，画家为了克服风湿病所带来的困难而逐渐形成了自己的艺术技巧;这些技法因其71岁时又罹患中风而得到进一步的加强。彼时风湿病的治疗依赖泻药和安替比林，这显然无法使画家获益;因此，雷诺阿是类风湿关节炎自然病程的受害者。

他无法穿鞋，双膝和右肩固定畸形，双手数处伸肌腱断裂，还出现了胸膜炎、体重减轻、类风湿结节、皮肤血管炎及褥疮等多种并发症。逐渐进展的关节破坏和残疾使他不得不把调色板固定在轮椅上，把画笔用绷带绑在手上才能做画。也因为患病，画家在其绘画技法和材料使用上做出了重大的改变，他更多地使用小而迅速的笔触，并发明了移动画布。

雷诺阿所画的都是漂亮的儿童，花朵，美丽的景色和可爱的女人。画家把从他们那里所得到的赏心悦目的感觉直接地表达在画布上。他曾说过：“为什么艺术不能是美的呢?这世上丑恶的事已经够多的了。”

上图是饱受类风湿关节炎困扰的画家。2012年，以雷诺阿的一生为题材的传记电影《雷诺阿》在法国戛纳电影节首映，并获2014年法国凯撒电影奖最佳男主角、最佳摄影等四项提名。
