对于我们而言,清晨的闹钟音乐并不悦耳,它用最直接最粗糙的方式提醒我们早起上班。最新研究表明,睡眠中断可能会增加机体出现肥胖、糖尿病和心脏病等代谢疾病的风险,损害机体健康。这项研究发表在Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism


既往研究已经证实,健康睡眠的中断会影响机体健康。例如,今年早些时候MNT报道的一项研究认为,上夜班的工人昼夜节律的变化对机体代谢影响十分巨大,给人类带来更大的健康风险。
 
匹兹堡大学Patricia M.Wong博士领导的研究团队认为,这项研究是第一项证实轻微睡眠中断便可影响上班族机体健康的研究。

Wong博士和他的同事对447名年龄范围在30-54的上班族进行了分析。他们都是成人健康行为2期研究的参与者,且每周至少在外工作25小时。

参与者携带睡眠腕带以检测他们的睡眠活动和运动量,参与者要24小时随身携带,研究时长为期一周。同时他们也要完成一份详细探究他们饮食和锻炼习惯的问卷调查。 

结果表明,在后来的生活中,近85%的参与者在非工作日出现睡眠中断的天数多于工作日的天数。工作日和非工作日出现较大睡眠变化被称为“社会时差”,研究人员发现,上班族有更多的社会时差则更易出现较差的胆固醇水平、较大腰围、高BMI、更高的空腹胰岛素水平和胰岛素抵抗。这些变化导致民众出现肥胖、糖尿病和心血管疾病的风险较高。即便考虑了参与人员的饮食、运动锻炼及其睡眠行为等其他因素后,这些结论依旧存在。
 
研究人员认为,昼夜节律不规律的上班族出现心血管疾病和糖尿病的风险较高,因此,需要合理考虑上班性质对其身体健康的影响并适当改变。但是对于医务人员来讲,似乎改变昼夜节律是家常便饭,因此,医务人员更要保重身体才是啊。
