　　在伴有无症状性预激的患者中，心脏猝死的发病率和其风险管理尚有待明确。研究者对EMBASE和Medline数据库中的前瞻性、回顾性、随机或队列研究进行了系统检索，并纳入了涉及未接受消融的无症状性预激综合征患者的研究。

　　共有20项研究符合纳入标准，其中包括1869例患者。受试者主要为男性，平均年龄介于7至43岁之间。在11722人年随访期间共报告10例心脏猝死。心脏猝死风险估计值为1.25/1000人年。在来自于18项研究的9884人年随访期间共报告156例室上性心动过速（SVT）。SVT的风险为16起事件/1000人年随访。与成人相比，儿童的心脏猝死和SVT事件率相对较高，但无统计学差异。
