J Dent Res：富含生物活性玻璃的复合材料对脱矿牙本质的影响

这篇研究的目的是为了评估完全脱矿的牙本质样本以不同的树脂充填后的降解程度，材料包括：filler-free树脂和富含微米级生物玻璃45S5 (BAG)微粒或含氟化物且富含磷酸盐的微米级生物活性玻璃微粒(BAG-F)的ion-releasing树脂。并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)检测实验性ion-releasing树脂类材料诱导的再矿化作用。

这篇研究的目的是为了评估完全脱矿的牙本质样本以不同的树脂充填后的降解程度，材料包括：filler-free树脂和富含微米级生物玻璃45S5 (BAG)微粒或含氟化物且富含磷酸盐的微米级生物活性玻璃微粒(BAG-F)的ion-releasing树脂。并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)检测实验性ion-releasing树脂类材料诱导的再矿化作用。

牙本质块通过10%的H3PO4完全脱矿后，与filler-free (树脂)或实验性ion-releasing树脂(BAG和BAG-F)直接接触并浸入人工唾液(AS) 直至30天。另外，在浸入AS前后，牙本质样本也进行处理并通过FTIR和SEM分析评估此种ion-releasing树脂诱导的再矿化效果。

结果显示，BAG和BAG-F使孵育介质呈碱性。在浸入AS 3天和30天的所有组的牙本质样本干燥后的含量均明显减少。然而，混合了含氟化物且富含磷酸盐生物活性玻璃的树脂类材料(BAG-F)在浸入AS较长时间后可以减弱C-末端交联端肽(ICTP)和C-末端肽(CTX)的增溶作用。另外，在浸入AS 30天后，BAG-F对完全脱矿的牙本质基质的硬度表现出最好的再矿化作用。

结论：与生物玻璃45S5相比较，添加了微米级含氟化物且富含磷酸盐生物活性玻璃的牙科复合材料对减弱酶介导的降解和脱矿牙本质的再矿化起到更好的作用。
