Circulation：饮酒24小时内心血管发病风险显著升高

尽管有研究表明轻度-重度饮酒可减少心血管疾病和缺血性卒中的风险,然而关于饮酒后对心血管的即刻风险并没有被研究的很透彻。基于酒精的生理效应,酒精可能对心血管的即刻风险和长期风险存在显著差异。研究人员检索了CINAHL、Embase和PubMed数据库，检索数据截止到2015年5月12日,从而评估饮酒与心血管事件的观察性研究。研究人员评估饮酒与心肌梗死、缺血性卒中及出血性卒中的合并相对风险，研究者

研究人员引用了1056篇文献和从37项研究中筛选出23项研究(包括29457名患者)。中度饮酒的患者即刻心血管风险显著升高，但这种风险会在接下来的24小时逐渐降低，另外，中度饮酒不仅降低了患者心肌梗死及出血性卒中发病率(2-4次饮酒，相对风险=30%)，而且在一周内的缺血性卒中发病率也降低(6次饮酒，相对风险=19%)，相反，过量(重度)饮酒的心血管即时风险及远期风险均升高。

研究结果表明，中度饮酒可降低患者心肌梗死和出血性卒中发病率，但在24小时内心血管发病风险会显著提高。
