CLIN CANCER RES：STAG2可以作为乳头状非肌层浸润膀胱癌的复发和进展标志

乳头状非肌层浸润膀胱癌STAG2复发进展

大部分的膀胱癌为早期肿瘤，通常为乳头状非肌层浸润膀胱癌（NMIBC）。肿瘤切除后，约70%的NMIBC出现局部复发，而这些复发肿瘤中的20%会进展为肌层浸润。目前尚缺乏分子标志可以对肿瘤进行复发和进展风险分层。之前的研究表明STAG2是NMIBC中最常见的突变基因且STAG2突变的肿瘤比STAG2野生型肿瘤复发频率更低。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，报道了STAG2作为NMIB

作者先在82例NMIBC患者队列（Georgetown队列）中评估STAG2免疫染色对复发预测的价值。然后在253例NMIBC患者队列（Aarhus队列）中评估STAG2免疫染色预测肿瘤进展为肌层浸润的价值。研究结果表明，Georgetown队列中，表达STAG2的52%患者出现复发，而缺乏STAG2的肿瘤中只有25%出现复发。多因素分析表明，STAG2表达是复发的独立预测因素。在Aarhus队列中，表达STAG2的肿瘤中有38%在5年内出现进展，而缺乏STAG2的肿瘤中仅16%出现进展。多因素分析表明STAG2表达是进展的独立预测因素。

文章最后认为，STAG2免疫染色是一项可以对NMIBC患者进行风险分层的简便可行的措施。
