FDA全新报告: 帝基生物新冠病毒检测产品名列前茅

DiaCarta (帝基生物)试剂盒是唯有几家通过考核能保持原先申报高灵敏度的厂家。

根据美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)于9月15号发布的FDA SARS-CoV-2核酸检测试剂盒的数据对比结论,在所有已返回盲样测定结果的FDA /EUA批准检测试剂盒中,DiaCarta (帝基生物)的QuantiVirus? SARS-CoV-2 Test Kit和QuantiVirus SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex Test Kit两款产品检测灵敏度并列前三,检测下限(LoD)为600NDU/ml。FDA对已经获批的全球137家新冠生产厂家提供其新冠核酸检测质控盘及双盲样本测试考核,并要求每个厂家收到检测考核材料后二周内返回检测结果。到截止日期仅58家按时交回考核数据,报告显示大多厂家实测灵敏度远比自报的试剂盒检测灵敏度差的多。DiaCarta (帝基生物)这两款检测试剂盒的灵敏度高于报告排名末尾已获批新冠试剂盒的300至900倍(180,000 NDU/ml VTM拭子和540,000 NDU/ml干拭子)。这表明DiaCarta (帝基生物)试剂盒是唯有几家通过考核能保持原先申报高灵敏度的厂家。大量数据证明高灵敏度产品对抗击疫情至关重要,可以有效避免假阴性或假阳性结果的出现。

此次新冠核酸检测质控盘(Reference Panel) 是由美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)官方设计, 用于比较所有已获FDA /EUA批准SARS-CoV-2核酸检测试剂盒的灵敏度和交叉反应性, 于8月17日之前分发给137个获批的标准化测试厂家进行比对测试。国内获批的厂家,包括一些知名企业均未能按时完成考核,榜中无名。

DiaCarta (帝基生物)的QuantiVirus SARS-CoV-2 Test Kit和QuantiVirus SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex Test Kit分别在4月份和7月份获得了FDA紧急使用授权(EUA)。目前两款试剂盒已在全球多个国家检测实验室使用。此外,DiaCarta (帝基生物)位于旧金山湾区的CLIA实验室也为复工复学及个人旅行乘坐飞机提供了大量的快速检测服务,尤其对需要当天或次日出具新冠检测结果的国内、国际旅客尤为重要。
