这篇研究有2个目的：比较微封闭、连续波和热软化技术之间的差异以及比较同样技术情况下使用或不使用牙髓封闭剂之间的差异。研究将90颗下颌离体前磨牙分配至6个封闭组：微封闭(Analytic， Glendora， CA)和封闭剂 (Mseal)， 仅微封闭(Mnoseal)， System B (EIE Analytic Technology， Orange， CA)和封闭剂(SBseal)， 仅System B (SBnoseal)， 热软化(Dentsply， Tulsa Dental， Tulsa， OK)和封闭剂(Tseal)， 以及仅热软化(Tnoseal)。牙齿在距离根尖1和3 mm处片切。测量每段根管的总区域，并将其转化为牙胶充填区域、封闭剂充填区域和空隙区域百分比。所得数据使用t检验进行详尽的统计学分析(P ≤ .01)。结果显示，在1 mm处，使用SBseal会比Mseal和Tseal产生更多的VA。在3 mm处，使用Tseal所产生的VA要小于Mseal和SBseal，而Mseal所产生的VA要小于SBseal (P > .01)。在1 mm处，使用Tnoseal所
