Bone Joint J：硫酸钙载万古霉素的体外药代动力学研究

结果显示，即使在术后肾功能衰竭的患者中，总体全身暴露仍在安全范围内，不需要去除颗粒。局部浓度比聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）作为载体高约10倍，但仍低于报道的细胞毒性阈值。伤口液体中的浓度在几周内降低，但是在术后直至三个月仍然高于葡萄球菌的最小抑制浓度。

总之，该研究首次提供了以CaSO4作为载体的局部应用万古霉素的药代动力学描述，记录缓释、系统安全性和远比PMMA更优的释放曲线。具体而言，本研究的体外数据显示，万古霉素对葡萄球菌生物膜有活性的浓度持续数周。
