J Endod：不同根管内材料对CBCT检测双根牙根裂的影响评估

研究样本包含20颗拔除的双根前磨牙。一半的样本诱导形成根裂。每颗牙使用7种根管内充填材料，每次1种：未充填、牙胶、颊根充填牙胶且舌根充填纤维桩、颊根充填牙胶且舌根充填金属核纤维桩、纤维桩、金属核纤维桩和NiCr桩。分别采用CS 9000 3D (Carestream Dental Rochester， NY)和OP300 (Instrumentarium Dental Inc， Tuusula， Finland)实施CBCT扫描。曝光参数固定为90 kV和8 mA。OP300和CS 9000的体素大小以及视野分别设定为0.085 mm和5 × 5 cm以及0.076 mm和5 × 3.75 cm。2名评估者通过5点置信度评估所有影像的VRF检测，通过4点置信度评估伪影干涉。采用2-way analysis of variance和Tukey检验评估敏感性、特异性、准确性和受试者操作特征曲线下面积的差异(α = 0.05)。通过统计学描述和chi-square检验评估伪影干扰。

结果显示，在扫描者之间以及在所有不同根管内材料组(OP300) (P < .05)之间的特异性存在显著性差异。当两根管内同时存在金属桩时，所有影像中均存在严重的伪影干扰。

结论：CS 9000 3D对于经过牙髓治疗牙齿内VRF 的检测效果优于OP300。未充填牙齿以及纤维桩充填牙齿的伪影干扰最低并且VRF的检测效果最佳。
