此项研究共纳入141例行经皮冠脉介入并且右冠脉为梗死相关动脉的下壁STEMI患者。评估再灌注指数与右室功能障碍的相关性。利用TIMI血流、TFC、心肌显影分级(MBG)和ST段正常评估心肌再灌注。

结果显示，共有58例(41.1%)患者伴有右室功能障碍。右室功能障碍患者更有可能出现术后TIMI血流分级、TFC和MBG欠佳。ST段正常与否对右室功能障碍发生率无影响。随访2年时，右室功能障碍患者的心源性死亡、再次心梗和支架血栓形成发生率均升高。多变量分析显示，仅术后TIMI 3级与右室功能障碍相关。术后TIMI 3级排除右室功能障碍的特异性(74.5%)和阴性预测值(71%)均较高，而敏感性则有限(52%)。
