Lancet：面部自体脂肪注射引起的脑脂肪栓塞

左侧大腿吸脂术和自体脂肪填充物注入面部不久，患者发生左侧上下肢无力。

头 CT 显示右侧 MCA 内带状低密度（原文未提供）。头 MRI T1/T2/Flair 显示右侧 MCA 呈高信号（下图，箭头），超声提示右侧颈外动脉起始段强回声充盈缺损（箭头），为脂肪栓子：

作者认为，自体脂肪栓塞物如何进入动脉网并不清楚。推测可能是注射时，穿刺针穿透了小动脉所致。随后，由于注射过程中持续的压力，脂肪逆着正常的血液流动，沿着小动脉，穿过面部动脉和颈外动脉，进入颈内动脉。
