JAHA:中等和高强度运动可改善健康年轻男性的脂蛋白谱和胆固醇排出能力

在控制运动模式、饮食和睡眠的情况下,中等强度的运动可以改善HDL功能、脂质/脂蛋白谱、健康和身体组成。在这些参数上,连续的中等强度运动和高强度运动具有持续或增量的益处。

锻炼可以降低患心血管疾病的风险。增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平被认为有助于这些益处,但由于缺乏良好控制的受试者选择和运动干预,这一领域的许多研究都受到了限制。

近日,心血管疾病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员试图探究中等和高强度运动对高密度脂蛋白功能、脂质/脂蛋白谱和其他心脏代谢参数的影响,这些人群的运动、日常习惯、睡眠模式和生活条件都被严格进行了控制。

男性新兵(n=115,年龄为22±0.3岁)完成了12周的中等强度运动项目。其中51人随后完成了15周的高强度运动项目。

受试者在中、高强度运动后,体适能增加,体脂减少(P<0.001)。中等强度的运动增加了高密度脂蛋白C和载脂蛋白A-I水平(分别为6.6%和11.6%),降低了低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白B水平(分别为7.2%和4.9%)(均P<0.01)。高密度脂蛋白C和载脂蛋白A-I水平在高强度运动后分别进一步增加了8.2% (P<0.001)和6.3% (P<0.05)。在高强度运动后,ABCA-1 (ATP结合匣子转运体A1)介导的胆固醇外流增加了13.5% (P<0.001)。在一个选定的亚群中,HDLs抑制ICAM-1(细胞间粘附分子- 1)表达的能力在高强度运动后下降(P<0.001),而在中等强度运动后没有下降。

由此可见,在控制运动模式、饮食和睡眠的情况下,中等强度的运动可以改善HDL功能、脂质/脂蛋白谱、健康和身体组成。在这些参数上,连续的中等强度运动和高强度运动具有持续或增量的益处。改善HDL功能可能是运动降低心血管疾病风险机制的一部分。
