这篇研究的目的是为了评估不同二氧化硅类涂层对Y-TZP与牛牙本质之间剪切粘接强度(SBS)的影响。

研究将3种不同类别的二氧化硅类涂层用于Y-TZP表面:摩擦化学二氧化硅类涂层、玻璃化(上釉涂层)和复合树脂烧结。在氢氟酸(HF)处理与否的情况下,在二氧化硅涂层处理过的Y-TZP表面施以硅烷偶联剂(SIL)处理。采用一步法粘接剂粘接二氧化硅涂层的Y-TZP并通过不含MDP树脂水门汀粘接于牛牙本质上。

结果显示,各实验组中,摩擦化学二氧化硅涂层组的SBS值最低,而HF+SIL亚组在玻璃化后表现出最高的SBS值(p<0.05)。氢氟酸的酸蚀并未影响摩擦化学二氧化硅涂层组的SBS值,但却显著改变了玻璃化和复合树脂烧结组的SBS值(p<0.05)。
