本研究旨在评估活体供肝移植后供体年龄对肝功能和再生的影响。

本研究旨在评估活体供肝移植后供体年龄对肝功能和再生的影响。

 

供体分为老年供体组(年龄> 50岁; n = 8)和年轻供体组(年龄<30岁; n = 35)。接受者也分为老年组(年龄> 50岁; n = 5)和年轻组(年龄<30岁; n = 25)。术后1–5天记录丙氨酸转氨酶,天冬氨酸转氨酶,总胆红素(TB)和凝血酶原时间。通过对比增强的多层螺旋计算机断层扫描记录供体术后7和15天的肝再生率(LRR),以及接受者术后0.5、1、3和6个月的肝再生率。

 

结果显示,术后7天,年轻供者组的LRR明显高于老年供者组(P <0.05)。在接受者中,术后1-5天,老年组的结核病比年轻组的结核病显著增加(P <0.05)。老年组患者术后7天残余肝再生速率降低,黄疸时间延长,但供体年龄对残余肝和移植物的短期预后影响不大。
