心肌酶对诊断AMI并不特异 ,即使在心肌中含量最高的CK-MB,也可出现在其他疾病中。

3.酶法测定血清CK-MB容易受到干扰 

       酶法测定血清CK-MB活性是采用免疫抑制法;血清中的巨CK1、巨CK2以及CK-BB和AK(腺苷酸肌酶)都能干扰CK-MB的活性;临床上有时遇到患者不是AMI,其CK总酶活性正常而CK-MB活性增高的现象;如果CK-MB/CK比值超过30%甚至50%以上,排除标本溶血后要考虑巨CK或CK-BB和腺苷酸激酶(AK)的干扰。
