本系统综述和荟萃分析是在PROSPERO (CRD42019125092)上进行注册。搜索PubMedScopusCENTRALWeb of Science截止到2019212日。本研究选择了可检测/不可检测on - t4 hs-Tg患者的SED/NED报告资料。使用随机效应模型估计操作要点。

研究结果显示,在检索到的1413篇论文中,有10篇研究对1796名患者进行了评估。研究对象为门诊病人,诊断为甲状腺癌,接受近全甲状腺切除(NTx)或全甲状腺切除(TTx)加或不加放射性碘(RAI)治疗。ON-T4 hs-Tg诊断和预后的NPV99.4% (95% CI 989 - 99.9;I2 = 13% 99.4% (95% CI 98.8-100;I2 = 0%)

我们的研究结果表明,ON-T4 hs-Tg是排除SED的一个很好的诊断工具和预后因素。为降低DTC患者的随访强度和随访频率提供了大量的证据。
