　　  　　华西医院呼吸内科气管镜室成功为1例患者置入Y型三合一覆膜支架封堵左主支气管残端——胸膜瘘口。 　　患者2个月前于该院接受左肺全切术后，出现气短、呛咳，咳大量脓痰，纤维支气管镜检查后诊断为继发性左主支气管胸膜瘘。由于患者术后一般情况较差，不能耐受再次手术，呼吸内科王可医师等为其进行气管镜下覆膜支架封堵胸膜瘘口术。手术顺利，目前患者已处于恢复阶段。 &nbs
