最近,一项发表在BMJ子刊上的英国前瞻性队列研究表明,饮食会影响绝经的早晚。


最近,一项发表在BMJ子刊上的英国前瞻性队列研究表明,饮食会影响绝经的早晚。
 
研究者发现,油性鱼类、新鲜豆类可分别延缓绝经约3年、0.9年。吃精制面食和米饭则使绝经时间提前1.5年。
 
此外,吃零食也会加快绝经的到来,零食使绝经时间提前1年。
 
研究还发现,与素食主义者相比,非素食主义者绝经时间晚0.8年。但非素食主义者摄入大量软饮料,也会导致绝经时间提前1.3年。
 
研究者分析,油性鱼类有大量ω-3脂肪酸,可提高抗氧化能力,从而延缓绝经的发生。豆类的抗氧化特性被认为有同样的作用。
 
吃精制面食和米饭作为精制碳水化合物会影响雌激素水平,促进黄体生成素的释放,加速卵母细胞的耗竭,导致绝经提前。
 
同样素食通常包括高纤维和不含动物脂肪的食物,也会影响黄体生成素水平、促卵泡生成素水平及月经周期的时间。
 
研究者对3.5万名女性(35~69岁)进行了调查,4年随访期间有914例女性发生自然绝经。
