研究认为，VR治疗是一种新的治疗手段，可减轻复杂性区域疼痛综合征症状，提高治疗依从性

复杂性区域疼痛综合征(CRPS)指继发于意外损伤、医源性损伤或全身性疾病之后出现的以严重顽固性、多变性疼痛，营养不良和功能障碍为特征的临床综合征，其疾病的实质是神经损伤及萎缩。近日研究人员考察VR刺激对CRPS的治疗效果。

24名CRPS患者及24名年龄及性别匹配志愿者参与研究接受心率增强虚拟VR（HEVR）治疗，同时对参与者进行及时心率进行监测。研究的主要终点为主观疼痛分级、刺激强度和心率变化。

研究发现HEVR可减少疼痛分级，改善肢体运动功能，调节生理疼痛标志物。VR刺激对CRPS患者表现出实质性症状改善，并且通过不同程度的强度刺激可满足不同症状患者需求。VR治疗对肢体无触觉刺激，通过心率监测即可控制治疗强度。

研究认为，VR治疗是一种新的治疗手段，可减轻复杂性区域疼痛综合征症状，提高治疗依从性。
