Leuk Lymphoma：AML患者使用泊沙康唑的成本与传统抗真菌药相媲美

对于霉菌感染的预防，泊沙康唑已经表现出比氟康唑和伊曲康唑的临床优越性，然而泊沙康唑的药物成本较高。2017年12月，发表在《Leuk Lymphoma》的一项研究调查了正接受诱导化疗的急性髓性白血病（AML）患者泊沙康唑抗真菌预防的经济学。



对于霉菌感染的预防，泊沙康唑已经表现出比氟康唑和伊曲康唑的临床优越性，然而泊沙康唑的药物成本较高。2017年12月，发表在《Leuk Lymphoma》的一项研究调查了正接受诱导化疗的急性髓性白血病（AML）患者泊沙康唑抗真菌预防的经济学。

为此，研究人员旨在分析AML患者诱导化疗期间，预防性泊沙康唑（510例，58%）、伊曲康唑（120例，14%）或氟康唑（175例，20%）的抗真菌预防成本。对于抗真菌预防的估计成本以及随后全身性抗真菌治疗恶性侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）的成本，泊沙康唑比伊曲康唑和氟康唑高。基于Monte Carlo模拟，伊曲康唑具有最高的成本，其次是泊沙康唑和氟康唑，并且，泊沙康唑治疗者的总生存期最高。

因此，AML患者使用预防性泊沙康唑的成本可以与传统的抗真菌药物相媲美。
