《原发性骨质疏松症诊治指南(2011年)》发布

  中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会主任委员徐苓教授介绍说,骨质疏松是一种常见却隐蔽的疾病,患者对于“静悄悄的”骨质疏松症治疗意识淡薄,常常发生了脆性骨折后才知道,而防治骨质疏松的根本目标就是预防骨折。此次的新版指南一大特点就是强调通过“骨质疏松风险评估”发现那些没有骨折却存在骨折高风险的目标人群。

  中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会副主任委员林华教授指出,有关统计资料显示,2005年我国医疗费个人支出中用于治疗髋部骨折的费用高达85亿元,仅髋部骨折手术费用一项就可达人均2万元。“通过科学有效的‘骨质疏松风险评估’,提高骨质疏松患者的就诊率,减少骨质疏松骨折的发生率,不仅可提高骨质疏松患者生活质量,还可节省患者医疗支出及社会医疗保障资源。”

  “预防骨质疏松,必须从青壮年时期抓起,年轻时通过培养良好的生活方式多存储骨量,当骨量因为年龄原因而变化的时候就可以有充足的资本供给所需。”徐苓表示,除了多晒太阳、多吃含钙多的食物,如牛奶、虾皮、海带、芝麻酱等外,还要坚持户外锻炼、戒烟戒酒,有条件的可定期监测骨密度。

  专家指出,室外活动以上午9至10时、下午2至5时为佳,因为此时的光照有利于钙吸收,而且气温也不会太低。如果真的患了骨质疏松,也不用过于紧张。通过长期合理的药物治疗,可以尽量把风险降到最低。

  据2006年全国大规模流行病学调查估算,全国50岁以上人群中约有6944万人患有骨质疏松症,超2亿人存在低骨量问题,骨质疏松症总患病率女性高于男性。
