J Endod：评估2种牙髓治疗使用的旋转马达整合根尖定位功能的准确性

研究选用36颗单根管牙齿，在颈部预处理后，测量并获取到达根尖孔的实际工作长度(ALs)。使用藻酸盐模型检测并记录2种设备根管预备至"APEX"和"0.5"标志点的EAL。研究用牙齿随机分为2组(n = 18)，并使用每种马达的AAR功能(预备位置在0.5标志点)配合旋转器械进行根管预备。预备后，通过AAR所得工作长度与实际工作长度相比较(AL2)。电子工作长度与各自实际测量结果的差异被设定为：负代表低；正代表高。随后比较2种设备绝对值均数和电子测量结果分布比率之间的差异。

结果显示，2种设备在EAL 检测结果或AAR工作长度之间没有差异(方差分析， P > .05)。然而，MM Control EAL功能的测量结果在比率上要明显比AL长1.01 mm以上(卡方检验， P < .01)。另外，Root ZX和MM Control的AAR功能展示出限制器械超出根尖孔的病例比率分别为83.3%和77.8%，结果是可以被接受的。

结论：在体外预备根管时，Root ZX和MM Control的AAR功能均提供了充分的超出根尖孔限制。然而，在单独使用MM Control的EAL功能时会导致超出根尖孔读数的病例数显著增加。
