AAOS 2014：微创髋关节置换手术术后驾驶反应恢复时间较快

在新奥尔良召开的AAOS会议上，来自美国纽约特殊关节外科医院的Geoffrey等人报告指出：“采用微创髋关节置换手术的患者，术后重新可以进行安全驾驶的时间比目前建议提前两周”。传统髋关节置换术的患者，术后通常需要禁止驾驶6周。 研究者运用先进的视频游戏进行模拟驾驶来验证这一假设，31例髋关节手术患者术后4 周与术前比较，发现患者的驾驶操作反应时间从平均 0.751 秒提高到平均为 0

研究者运用先进的视频游戏进行模拟驾驶来验证这一假设，31例髋关节手术患者术后4 周与术前比较，发现患者的驾驶操作反应时间从平均 0.751 秒提高到平均为 0.716 秒。而相对应的，术后2周、3周时患者的驾驶反应时间较术前延长，此时患者一般不具备驾驶的能力。而4周后，患者不仅恢复了反应时间同时他们自身身体条件也得到改善。
