根据获得的结果,孔径在100μm至约700μm之间,并且孔隙率约为49.54%。渐变的多孔结构会降低植入物的硬度并降低应力屏蔽效果。此外,这些多孔结构可以刺激骨向内生长,并在植入5周后在植入物与周围骨组织之间实现稳定的界面。显微CT结果还显示出所有多孔结构周围明显的骨形成。

综上所述,基于三重周期性最小表面的渐变多孔结构可有效降低应力屏蔽效果,促进早期成骨和骨整合。这是第一个探索这种多孔结构对体内骨形成的影响的研究,所获得的结果支持了先前有关骨组织工程应用潜力的理论研究。
