据农业部通报，目前，农业部门已从鸽子、鸡和环境标本中检测到H7N9禽流感病毒。同时，通过多种渠道广泛收集疫情及相关信息，多次组织专家开展疫情研判和公共卫生风险评估，并提出相关防控工作建议。
